These terms apply to every transaction, even if you don't read them.  It's a good idea to read them.

When you engage with Visionary Motorsports & Fabrication Inc, you are agreeing to the following:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle in question.

​

• You understand that vehicle customization is inherently dangerous and that personal injury and/or property damage may result from modifying vehicles from original factory specifications.  You agree to hold Visionary Motorsports & Fabrication Inc and affiliated persons harmless in the event of unexpected vehicle behavior and/or vehicle failure resulting from modifying your vehicle from its original factory specifications.

• You agree that Visionary Motorsports & Fabrication Inc is not responsible for the consequences of any actions you take while driving your vehicle, including off-road use and high-speed travel.  You release and forever discharge Visionary Motorsports & Fabrication Inc and affiliated persons and agree to hold Visionary Motorsports & Fabrication Inc and affiliated persons harmless from all claims, liabilities, and damages of any nature whatsoever relating to the operation of your vehicle.

• You grant permission for Visionary Motorsports & Fabrication Inc to document our work on your vehicle in both text and photographs and to share your vehicle's build story online.
